Below you will find our policies on payment, custom goods, and abandoned property.
Purchases | Returns | General Policies
ALL SADDLE SALES ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL PERSONALIZED ITEM SALES ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Returns on non-personalized, custom built tack & leather goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All fees must be paid in full prior to custom goods being released.

Unless prior written arrangements have been made, full payment for custom orders must be made within 21 days of job completion.

Deposits for custom work will be forfeit if the item is not fully paid for after 21 days of completion AND the custom item will become the property of Leaning Oak Leathercraft, LLC to be used and/or sold at our discretion.

PER SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS, TITLE 29, CHAPTER 15, SECTION 29-15-90
Leaning Oak Leathercraft, LLC reserves the right to dispose of any property left for cleaning / alteration / repair which has not been called for within six (6) months and the charges paid in full.
Horseback riding is a dangerous sport. Leaning Oak Leathercraft is unable to oversee the consistent correct care, maintenance and usage of any of our products or repairs, therefore, we retain no liability for any injuries that may occur during the use of our products.
